Marketing Your Loyalty Program: Facebook Call To Action

With more than a billion people logging in every day, it's no surprise Facebook can do wonders for driving guest signups in your loyalty program. 

 

Here are three tips to drive maximum signups for your loyalty program from Facebook: 1) Cover Photo, 2) "Sign Up" Button, and 3) Periodic Posts. By doing all three of these tactics, we've seen partners drive 50+ guest signups in a single week. 

 

1. Cover Photos:

Your Facebook page already has a cover photo; why not use that real-estate to drive people into your loyalty program? Our partner, Ocean Basket, did a fantastic job of integrating their creative seafood menu into a clear Call To Action with a URL.  

 

2. Sign Up Button:

Facebook makes it easy to add a "Sign Up" button that drives viewers straight to the page where they can download the Wisely app. (Facebook has a step-by-step tutorial on their blog.) Wisely provides each restaurant partner with a program page that you can include as the website URL. Click the toggle to Set Up a Link to an App, and then add the link to Wisely on iPhone and the link to Wisely on Android in their respective fields. Click create, and you're all set.

3. Periodic Posts

Lastly, once every 10 days for the first two months of your loyalty program, we recommend posting about your loyalty program in your feed. Throw in a photo of an awesome benefit you're providing to your loyal customers—in this case, a Prince Prawn Top Up—to whet their taste buds.

There you have it: Another easy "set it and forget it" method that is guaranteed to drive signups for your loyalty program.
